While this isn’t surprising with the DAS being scaled way back, it is still very problematic! Yes, you can rent outside of the park, but that takes planning ahead of time, and to not have wheelchairs / ECVs available for rent could definitely derail someone’s whole day of the trip. One day of a Disney parks trip is a lot of money!
