If you booked your cruise through a travel advisor, they should be able help you with your cabin. Anywhere people are in close proximity and don’t practice good personal hygiene, disease will spread more easily.

I have not visited this particular hotel as it is brand-new. However, I did visit a sister property, OMO7 Osaka, a few weeks ago. The staff seemed very accommodating, so I would reach out to them directly to find out for sure.
