Hi All

I’m new here. My movement is severely restricted and I use a mobility scooter. I’ll be travelling to the Rugby world cup final in Yokohama in November, flying into Haneda.

Can anyone tell me how difficult or easy it will be for me to get around using public transport? I will be accompanied by a friend
