Arranging wheelchair assistance at the airport can make a big difference. It will mean being able to get through passport control much more quickly.

1I have found JAL amazing in helping passengers that require special assistance. ANA on the other hand are shocking in my experience 🌸

Limited walking but don't need a wheelchair yet...
Taxis are readily available and that’s what I used if I got too tired with walking. Hotels are more than happy to help.
I would also suggest Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers. I found the rooms fairly large and ease to move around in. It’s close to Takashimaya.
