Hi. my daughter is looking to go on a school trip to Tokyo. She is a wheelchair user and i am trying to find some info out on using the train in Tokyo. We are being told she would need to be at stations about 40minutes before departure. Specifically one trips is tokyo to Osaka on the shinkansen and then to Universal studios. is there any information that gives real advice about getting about using the train? Alternatively how expensive are taxis for 2 people and fold able wheelchair? many thanks
