3 CommentsA perfect example for why we should have wheelchair seating on planes. It’s a shame this had to happen to NJ though and on such a short domestic flight no less, they definitely deserve compensation (shame on United for even thinking of fighting the case).

Off the bat, I feel I should mention that unlike other countries, there aren’t many places like benches to sit and catch your breath. Obviously it is up to you, but you may want to consider renting a wheelchair (even a powered one) as a possibility.

As someone who has NEVER booked ahead when travelling on the train in the UK, this worries me. Of course, I could be more organised and book in advance, but then again, why should I have to? We need need the playing field levelled, not extra tasks to keep in mind just to take the same trip that an able-bodied person can take without thinking.
