Hello. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone in this group. We recently returned from our trip to Japan. I was very nervous about coming until I found the Accessible Tokyo book, then the website and then this group. After that I felt really confident about visiting with my family including my son who uses a wheelchair full time. We had an amazing time!

I wanted to recommend Wilgo for for taxi’s in Tokyo. We comfortablely fitted 4 people (one riding in his wheelchair) into the van and the service was exceptional.

In Osaka we used ABC care support with Risa Collins for a taxi to the airport and again we all fitted in comfortably with 4 large cases as well. Again the Service was really excellent.
