zip air
Please share your experience with Zip Air. I am a c5 quad, looking at flights California to Tokyo.
1 CommentBased on this (https://www.zipair.net/en/boarding/support), it looks like you have to call them to get the disability assistance you’ll need.
I don’t see why all airlines just make that part of the online reservation process.

Buying disinfectant in Tokyo
I need some disinfectant to wash some catheter products whilst we are in Japan. Can i buy this from a supermarket – we are staying in Ginza 6 ? In Australia we use Pine O Clean as pictured.
You can get kitchen bleach like the ones here from a drug store (and I assume a supermarket) for sure.
It looks like this Matsumoto Kiyoshi (big drug store chain) would be close: https://maps.app.goo.gl/tLPQ5K6m75MHnnyt9

Maybe @eleonora_censorii or @Sonia can answer?

Tokyo Dome Hotel (not near…
Will you be bringing your own hoist?

No, if you can do it yourself, then that is fine. I know many people who don’t get assistance and ride around either by popping a wheelie themselves or having a companion do it.
When you go through staff may ask but you can just say you are fine.
If you are ever in need of help, there will be an intercom somewhere on the platform you can use to…
2I normally travel with my husband so we do not require assistance from the staff. We just signal we are ok and it’s totally fine.
