We hired services from TokudAw, Inc. Their Japan Private Drivers loaded our power chair and luggage into luxury vans. They were wonderful. We didn’t worry about train tickets from/to airports.

I’m looking at flights to Tokyo and they are much cheaper to NRT. However I know it’s much further than the other airport. Wondering what accessible transportation options there are?
