Need electric mobility scooter for my dad.
The general rules from JR are:
Handle-operated electric wheelchairs (ie scooters) that can use this service (the shinkansen):
- Wheelchairs that are approximately 120 cm in height and 70 cm in width.

Do and hotels in Japan have Hoists?
Hi, we can rent a hoist in Tokyo 23 Wards. Depending on the situation, we may deliver one to hotels outside of Tokyo.
