MemberI just returned from a trip to Spain. I was pleasantly surprised by seeing the availability of ramps and disabled parking spaces.
Even though we were just visiting, I brought my US issued disabled parking placard but I was very hesitant to use it and have our rental car towed or get a fine.
Can anyone here please explain how you can use…
Hi there, we were in Fujikawaguchiko last year. I am a manual wheel chair user (my husband is abled bodied). While we did not go onto Mt. Fuji itself (so I can’t comment on that), we did take a very nice walk on a (paved) path around the lake which offers beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. Hope that helps!
Is the SmartDrive acceptable at Japanese airports?
I do not use one, but I noticed ANA has an assistance email where you can send information about your wheelchair ahead of your flight. Not sure how much it helps to submit the information ahead of time to the airline but maybe worth a try?
Hi Everyone:
My husband and I are headed for Seoul next month. It is our first visit there. This is not an accessibility question per se, but as everyone here knows, traveling with a disability requires research and preparation for every step of the journey.
I have read that the K-ETA requirements have been suspended until the end of this year…
