MemberFrom what I understand, after Covid it became a lottery to get tickets to go in person.
Can you give the address etc so I can check? Don’t want to look at the wrong track.
Toilet controls / commode wheelchair
Unfortunately, they are not removable. It is physically attached to the toilet.
I guess the only think I can say is that those are the old style of washlets (the bidet toilets) from the 90s. That style is getting less and less common. The new ones have a remote control panel on the wall.
If you keep looking, you should find ones without that side panel.
Dining Out with a Wheelchair in Shinjuku Tokyo.
It was good for me too – I thought no such place existed! So having you asked helped remind me things are getting better. And a place to try in the future!
Hope you can enjoy it.
I went to Shinjuku Gyoen to see the Sakura today (not much to see yet!) and while they are using a reservation system to control crowds right now, wheelchair users can skip the line and don’t need reservations.
One of the few ‘perks’ of being in a chair!
Beautiful pics!
1Stunning! I think I’ll get to see Osaka in full bloom when I arrive on Thursday this week.
