I saw this sign near my hotel in Brussels (nice big letters in the window so it is hard to miss!). Â It seems that this organization is a lobbying group for the EU. Â Hopefully they are making headway! Â

Thank you for sharing the brochure!! Â It makes me want to visit Flanders. Â Do you know where it is possible to rent/buy a handbike that attaches to a wheelchair in Belgium, as in the picture on the cover of the brochure ?

Regarding night markets, one thing that I can think of in Japan are the festivals that accompany the fireworks.
