I didn’t get a call from their Japan office, but I was able to reach their USA office after being on hold for two hours straight. It’s still a complete refusal and they are not budging on the 100 kg weight limit. There are literally no wheelchairs I can find with the tilt function which are less than 100. thanks for that idea! I had not actually thought of that. I’ll try in the morning during their business hours. i’m not optimistic though because the weight limit is supposedly 100 kg but pretty much every suitable wheelchair that I know of is much heavier.
