Hi everyone!
I am trying to plan a trip for my executive to travel to Japan, and she would like to take her service dog with her (officially registered in the USA) and visit for around 3-4 weeks in June.I have contacted 2 travel agencies and they are saying it’s not possible to go Japan with a dog, i.e. the quarantine information is very uncertain (the dog is a small Pomeranian so cannot be held in quarantine upon arrival for very long), you can’t go to many places with a dog to visit, hotels & restaurants are strict, etc. We have already started the quarantine process her with the relevant vaccines (180 days rule).
Does anyone have any recent information or experience on traveling with a service dog to the country? Any help or guidance would be appreciated!

But train may difficult even Japanese law is accepted.
Some people get no good feeling.
So if you have bag for dog, it may help.
