    Greetings~

Are there any good accessible hotels or accommodations in Chiang Mai that are good for a wheelchair user?  I would like to stay some place a bit fancy but use a power wheelchair.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

The Meridien and Shangri la hotels have specially adapted rooms. Easy access to the Night Bazar just a few meters.
There are wheelchair accessible buses in the city and from the airport just 20 baht.
The problem in Chiang Mai is the not very accessible sidewalks and the traffic, that is dangerous in Thailand.
It’s better to be accompanied, to go from one place to another and not too close to the road.

It is in french sorry, but you can translate directly

Thanks!  Your English was great, don’t worry!

Going to the night market sounds fun.  🙂

    Go for Shangri la hotels.
However, better be accompanied as its messy outside the hotel.
No traffic rules and little or no sidewalks
