Wheelchair taxis
I wonder if there are wheelchair accessible taxis in Nikko and Aomori. We would love to go to the waterfall in Nikko and to Hirosaki from Aomori. I believe we could go by bus and train but maybe there is a faster option.

Regarding Tokyo, our flight is scheduled to arrive tomorrow at 9pm. The last metro goes at 11. If everything goes smoothly we should be able to get that. However, sometimes it takes a long time to collect and reassemble the wheelchair. So it might be safer to arrange a taxi.
As for Nikko and Aomori, it’s more about convenience and saving time than a real necessity. In Nikko we would like to go to the waterfall and from Aomori we want to make a day trip to Hirosaki castle…
