I haven’t been to this venue myself, but it does look wheelchair accessible. The Tokyo Gig Guide has the following notes: https://www.tokyogigguide.com/en/gigs/venue/1395
Barrier-free measures
The venue is designed to be barrier-free so that people with physical disabilities, such as those using wheelchairs, can visit the venue smoothly. There is also a disabled toilet in the building.thank you, I saw that too… but I’m still a bit unsure…
Following up on @Andy_C the website also mentioned an accessible toilet and the site being accessible. Most places never mention accessibility, so, the fact that they do makes me think that it is something they are proud of and want to share.
Though, the music hall is on B1F, so… hopefully there is am elevator and not just an accessible toilet…
They have an email listed on the website, so you could try asking something in English and see if they reply?
