Tokyo to Gotemba Outlets
Hi. We are currently in Japan and want to go to Gotemba Outlets. I contacted the outlet mall prior to the trip and they said the bus directly from Tokyo station is not wheelchair accessible. Are there any other options?

Hey,
We took the Odakyu Line Limited express (Romancecar) from Shinjuku to Gotemba. You can then get a bus from Gotemba station direct to the premium outlets (they are wheelchair accessible and the bus takes about 20 mins from the station).
https://www.odakyu.jp/english/romancecar/timetable/ this is the timetable for the Odakyu line – note that there are only a few direct trains a day otherwise you need to change, which takes a bit longer.

You can’t go there by subway. I think nicola’s plan is good. I don’t know where you will be traveling from, but you can also go there by Shinkansen.Thank you
