May I check if anyone knows if Netsunoyu Onsen’s in Kusatsu is barrier free and wheelchair accessible? I would like to bring my dad to watch the yumomi performance.
And please recommend and share any good places/food in kusatsu that’s wheelchair accessible.

Not a lot of detail! So might want to contact them directly.
This blog also mentions going and there were no steps and the staff were kind.
