Hello everybody,
we’re coming back to Japan in October 2024 (flight rates are lower booking earlier :-)), so we would like to visit Kyoto.

There is a universal twin room that seems ok, but I need more informations to validate it is fully usable for me, my electric wheelchair and a hoist. I asked the hotel but they told me all informations are available on the website…
Has anybody some feedback about this hotel ? The location seems fine, so the price too.
I’m a little paranoïd being stuck there with no way to go to bed if there is no enough space to move the hoist…

Hoshino Resorts are bad at sharing information…
Are you renting your hoist or bring it with you? If renting, you may want to get the rental company to contact the hotel since it would be bad for them too if it doesn’t work out! Having the rental company explain, or possibly visit in advance could help.
