Hello again!
Following the previous discussion: my family and I would need to hire a hoist for a trip of 10 nights next October.
We saw on accessible Japan that there was a form to fill available.
Is this the way to go or do we have to contact some specific business?
We intend to be located in Asakusa or close to Tokyo station.
We also had some confusing infos about the business hours regarding deliveries and pick up at the end of the trip. Does someone have some relevant infos about this that they could share with us? That would be greatly appreciated!

I run Accessible Japan. We don’t do rentals directly but make suggestions based on what people need and where they need it.
