    Hello All, I am looking for a company that does group tours in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto or other cities) that go at a slower pace. I am able to walk and do stairs but need to sit down frequently and do not want to walk or stand for long periods. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

    You may be better off with an individual guide. There are many inJapan including a service utilizing older people for tours/company

    I agree with Mark that an individual guide would be the best solution simply because in a group the pace will be dictated by others. I would recommend contacting Mikie at wheelchair-travel.jp. They should have the right people available and obviously are more experienced catering for people who have impaired mobility.

    Dear Maury,

    Thank you so much for kindly introducing us!

    @elliebk Hello ellliebk,

    Yes, we are a travel agency that offers private tours for wheelchair users.

    Since you can walk, there may be tours that are more suitable than ours, but we can assist you in finding the best tour that you can enjoy at your own pace!

    If you need, please contact us via direct message. Thank you!
