First time to Japan – but now disabled
I will be 70 in October, and want to travel to Japan in November to see the Autumn colour.
Unfortunately I’m now disabled with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. It affects my mobility, i can only walk a short distance before the fatigue hits me. Here in the UK, I use a mobility scooter. It gives me a lot of independence.
I’m not going to take my mobility scooter with me. I want to hire something similar in Japan. Something that is motorised that I can take on a train, bus, coach. Obviously I will need something from the airport. I don’t want my partner to need to push me in a wheelchair.
What are my options?
Thanks
