Borrowing wheelchairs in Japan
Hi. Do public places in Japan (museums, shopping malls etc) typically have wheelchairs that you can borrow while you go round them?

Hi
I would say the vast majority of museums do. Most indoors tourist places do.
Fewer outdoor places (like temples or shrines) have them, but many do now!
