    Im visiting Japan at the end of July with my hubby who is an amputee so Im hoping to hire a Joy-cart

    Looking for assisted tours for the Fish market, Cherry blossoms and best option to see Sumo wrestlers

    Please advise

    Unfortunately cherry blossoms are in the spring so that won’t be a possibility likely. However, I have a vague recollection that at Shinjuku Gyoen they have a variety of cherry blossoms from various areas so there is something blooming somewhere year round.

    As for the other tours, will you need a car or use public transportation?

    As Josh wrote, July is unfortunately not cherry blossom season in Japan.

    As for sumo, it will be held in Nagoya from July 14th to July 28th. You can see “sumo-like shows” at some restaurants, but they are not real sumo.
