Hey!
Not sure about the different requirements, but I know some people would pop over to South Korea for a day or two and re-enter for the next 90 days (its only a 2hr flight away, so you could just go for a day if you want!).
We only really focus on hotels, so I do suggest you try to work something out with @hemanthraz as they have a number of places that are accessible and others that are not necessarily accessible but way work for you!
If you add each other as friends, then you can send private messages to each other about details (ie exchange emails)
