Looking at this picture (https://goo.gl/maps/DbLyiz72WSUK8CSe7), there is at least a bit of a step to the porch area and, since other pictures show tatami mats, there is very likely a genkan step inside.
They are closed now, but can call tomorrow.
If they are accessible, getting there will mean a bus ride by the looks of it… but lets figure out if you can get in first!
