Hello Morghan. We stayed in Tokyo as a family of 4 in Mimaru Tokyo Asakusa station hotel. We did not stay in the accessible room, but I know they do have one. We stayed in a family room, which was step free. My son can take a few steps though so you would need to check if you could get into the bathroom or toilet. The hotel were very good…

I would add, that we used the trains extensively, including the Shinkansen.
