Hi Eleonora,
Thank you for this pertinent summary of the current status in terms of accessibility certification in the EU, which are all voluntary certifications. An example we know is the Access4You app and certification – a product that ultimately gives the venue a certification bearing an EU mark.
There are many accessibility-related EU…AndersWell, almost time for the Olympics and Paralympics, what are your thoughts on this commercial? I know some people opposed the London 2012 “Superhumans” commercial for making it look like everyone could overcome their disability. Is this better?

This is much better. It goes after the usual ‘inspiration porn’ crap we see too much of.
Meanwhile, here in the States, no specific Paralympics commercials yet. For now, it’s clumped in with the Olympic ads from major corporations.

I liked the “Considering what?” comment. I didnt get the relevance of the annoying man in the chair though, but loved seeing the paralympians performing.
