Tokyo is becoming more and more international, and therefore food is becoming more diverse as well.
Today, I didn’t have sushi, but instead ate pork Bánh mì. It is a sandwich combining Vietnamese ingredients in French bread and sauces. I ate mine and forgot to take a picture, but here is the one I ordered from Uber Eats:

This Saturday I went to a restaurant called “曌物“(zhao, wu) in Guangzhou. There are some creative foods in this restaurant.
For instance, picture 1 is the fried shrimp balls. And the chef put it on the Bonsai.
Picture 2 is also interesting. The “apple” is made by white chocolate, and in the “apple” there are chicken meats in pepper taste.…
That is so creative!
