Really happy to see such a detailed article about the challenges of flying with a wheelchair in such a big publication! Hopefully it will lead to change.

I guess we can only hope that the increased coverage these incidents get, something will change. Though, the airport certainly had an odd way of saying “sorry” 😒.…
