When Linda Hood, a marathoner who lost the use of her legs from a virus, became Miss Wheelchair Minnesota in early 2022, she declared it her mission to get adult changing tables in public restrooms.

Sydney Domestic Airport Changing Places Bathroom - Have Wheelchair Will Travel
Sydney Domestic Airport now has a Changing Places bathroom in the arrivals hall with hoist, shower and adult-size changing table.
There was a post from last year outlining 11 airports with adult-sized changing tables, and now there are 15! Hopefully the pace will pick up, but at least there is progress.
