It really was great, I recently used a screenshot of one of the videos in a webinar on inclusive communication, to show a great use of sign language intepreter in a visible and attractive framing (instead of the ugly dark rectangle)!

The hack about laminated instructions is great! I had to try to explain something about my wheelchair once when I was already on the plane once and it was hard to explain it without showing them. I’ll definitely try this out!
