Last night, I attended Disneyland’s PRIDE NITE, coinciding with the first day of Disney Park’s new DAS (Disability Access Service) system. Here’s my experience, unvarnished:
Despite using a power wheelchair and having generalized anxiety disorder and chronic PTSD (from an abusive family, not war), I was denied DAS. This is what happened and why…
What a disappointing start to the new system. Hopefully they will at least be listening to customer voices and try fix the problems (they created!)

I just went to Disneyland tonight for PRIDE NITE and, well, getting a DAS was a hassle and I didn’t even get one after all.
I’ll explain what happened in another post. It’ll shock you.
