Hi, I am a disabled traveler from the US, Kansas to be exact. I have a fused left hip and paralysis of the left leg. Until the last few years, I have always walked with crutches, but with age it has become more difficult. I now use an electric scooter in my travels. I have traveled several times to Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Venezuela, England, France, Canada, and Germany. I have also been to Dominican Republic. My husband and I are planning on visiting two of our exchange students in March. One lives in Germany, the other is studying in Denmark. We have never been there, so any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

There are groups for each of those places, and our members will be glad to help
Wow, would love to hear more about Venezuela!
Welcome to tabifolk, by the way. Glad to have you here.
@Geordie Travels I have been there twice, but several years ago before Maduro. The first time was with a college professor and adults studying Spanish. The second time was a cruise stop. I was still walking with crutches then, but know that accessibility was not common. Sad.
Hi Janebo, welcome to Tabi folk 😀, nice to have a fellow wheelchair traveller with us. I haven’t been to any of the countries you’ve been to (or any that you’re anticipating going to this year) but like Georgie Travels I’d love to hear more about Venezuela
Delighted you’ve joined us Janebo 😀, welcome to the WONDERFUL world of accessible travel
