@theworldisaccessible not a dumb question because they can! Some they go through, others around, but the real dangerous ones they cancel (which does seem to be fairly rare).

No way ! Cost savings are not worth having my itinerary turned on its head. I pick specific areas of the world to visit based on ports of call, and I never want my sunny, swimming escapism cruise turned into a pedestrian rerun of tourist traps or places I’ve already been to. While healthy people may be able to roll with the punches, as a disabled traveler, cost savings is a very different priority than ensuring a well-executed vacation.
