An increddibly well done video on visiting Prague in a wheelchair:

@joshgrisdale I agree! Great job and very nice comments by the nice women. But lots of cobble stones…
1 @Josh Grisdale I watched this before I went and it was helpful but I had issues!
those cobble stones are usually accompanied by steep inclines and combined with the cold weather.. it’s a battery killer!
my motor couldn’t deal with a lot of the wheelchair accessible ramps either 😕 luckily lots of friendly people to catch me as I rolled back.
the metro ramps confuse me.. I tried using them but my front wheels got stuck as there is a gap where the doors close and too tight to get enough speed. Loved the wheelchair places on all the transport. Comfy, easy to get into and they provide a seat belt and arm rests ( I didn’t bother as we don’t have this in Uk but I advise it! My son caught me or I would of ended up falling backwards on a sharp turn)
also some tram stops aren’t wheelchair accessible even though the trams are.. no dropped pavement.
1@trapieter there are two options.
in the Europe group you can go to discussions tab and start a new discussion and share your information there.
or, on the web, if you go to your profile there is a tab for blogs. You can create a blog there if you are interested in that.
