Canada's chief accessibility officer says her wheelchair was left in Toronto after she boarded an Air Canada flight to Vancouver, describing the experience as 'unacceptable.'

Wow! Let’s hope this does create change ASAP. But, it shouldn’t have to take messing with the top accessibility leader of the nation to create these changes.
But, I’m not surprised this happened. I have a friend with a disability in Calgary. He takes WESTJET a lot and, on most of his flights from there, his medical equipment gets damaged or left behind. He doesn’t have many affordable options besides WESTJET, so he’s stuck with them.
