Unfortunately so… in the masterminds behind this a baby cart and a wheelchair fall under the same category, so it just fits for them…

There used to be a museum where the lift was switched off during staff’s lunch break. To paraphrase a classic rock song: You could check-in anytime you liked, but between 12 and 2 p.m. you could never leave.
