• Tokyo is becoming more and more international, and therefore food is becoming more diverse as well.

Today, I didn’t have sushi, but instead ate pork Bánh mì. It is a sandwich combining Vietnamese ingredients in French bread and sauces. I ate mine and forgot to take a picture, but here is the one I ordered from Uber Eats:

      • I love this combination of Vietnamese and French.  I ate this frequently at a small restaurant in Harajuku where I worked ten years ago.  I miss one!

        • There are two different places to eat it in Shinkoiwa!

          • As you mentioned, the variety of international foods in Tokyo becomes attractive.  The restaurant in Harajuku was closed ten years ago because it was a little bit early for the market.  I’ll try to find one in my neighborhood.  Thanks for your information in Shinkoiwa!
