Tokyo is becoming more and more international, and therefore food is becoming more diverse as well.
Today, I didn’t have sushi, but instead ate pork Bánh mì. It is a sandwich combining Vietnamese ingredients in French bread and sauces. I ate mine and forgot to take a picture, but here is the one I ordered from Uber Eats:
kenigor and wilgo3 CommentsI love this combination of Vietnamese and French. I ate this frequently at a small restaurant in Harajuku where I worked ten years ago. I miss one!
There are two different places to eat it in Shinkoiwa!
As you mentioned, the variety of international foods in Tokyo becomes attractive. The restaurant in Harajuku was closed ten years ago because it was a little bit early for the market. I’ll try to find one in my neighborhood. Thanks for your information in Shinkoiwa!
