Hi, my name is Hanneke, I am from the Netherlands and I have used a powered wheelchair pretty much my whole (42-year) life. In addition, I use various other adaptions (including a hoist and shower commode). Outside Europe, I traveled to America, the Carribean and to the Canary Islands. But usually, I stay in Europe, where I mostly travel by (fully adapted) minivan, bringing my folding tentcar with me (usually to France) if I can (this is fitted with a hoist).
