How international is changing places becoming? Do you have changing places toilets in your country?

I haven’t seen a changing places in my country Wales as of yet, but I have just over the border in England at Chester zoo.
My experience of changes places is that they don’t work for me, I like to be able to access running water whilst at the toilet but the sinks seem to be far away in them, often the other side of the room. 🙁
That illustrates a good point – there is no perfect toilet for every disability!
