Hey everyone! I’m looking for some inspiration… what kind of content would you most like to see coming from the tabifolk social media accounts?
-
How about “how to” suggestions, I.E. how to find support groups, how to find disabled travel companions, how to seek out specialized services?

Last night, I attended Disneyland’s PRIDE NITE, coinciding with the first day of Disney Park’s new DAS (Disability Access Service) system. Here’s my experience, unvarnished:

What a disappointing start to the new system. Hopefully they will at least be listening to customer voices and try fix the problems (they created!)

I just went to Disneyland tonight for PRIDE NITE and, well, getting a DAS was a hassle and I didn’t even get one after all.
I’ll explain what happened in another post. It’ll shock you.

Roll Mobility App
I was just recommended this app by a friend. I have just downloaded it but have not started using it. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with it?
It’s available for iPhone and android.

I haven’t used it, can you tell me what it is for and I’m sure someone on this website has used it, thanks for flagging it up to me 😀

I use this app regularly. Basically it helps you know what may be available for disabled people at attractions and coffee shops etc. So for example if it has an accessible bathroom and what is available in that bathroom. If there is wide open space or seats etc etc. It relies on people who use it for advise to also hopefully help back in…
